Ordina's strategy is continually focused on creating value for our clients and shareholders. Towards this purpose, we offer a specialist range of Consulting, IT and Outsourcing services to large clients in the Benelux. This successful strategy has enabled us to strengthen our position in the market over the past ten years. Following the sale of our BPO initiative in early 2009, we decided that we would increase our focus on our core activities. Our aim is to play a meaningful role in relation to our clients' primary processes. The market has, however, changed during the last year as a result of the economic recession. To ensure that Ordina is well prepared for the future we conducted an analysis of the opportunities and threats facing us. This was used as a basis for revising and sharpening our strategy and market positioning.
